Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) are not worried about various acts of terrorism associated with the recent flare occurred in the country, including in North Sumatra.
"We are absolutely not worried," said Secretary General of the Central Executive Board after the opening of PKS Anis Matta PKS Region II Conference in Medan North Sumatra, last night.
According to him, it did not worry because the party's track record is clear from the beginning.
"PKS is not worried at all been linked with the terrorists because since the beginning of` track `we've been very clear, it was clear from the beginning," he said.
However, according to Vice-Chairman of the Parliament, the government must soon find a more fitting way to hard-line groups that exist among Muslims in order to reduce the various acts of terrorism.
"We see the government needs to find better ways to extremist groups in the Muslim community today. It should be more dialogue with them to understand their problems," he said.
Anis Matta argues, the main problem is the nation's economic problems and all of that is the root problem of terrorism.
"The root issue of terrorism was not a matter of religious understanding, but economic problems," he said.
He also stressed that stigma is identical to the Islamic terrorists is unacceptable, including when associated with the characteristics of those who like to keep a beard.
