there is no best time for fitness activities.
The best time is best suited for you and your schedule is used in an optimal way.

weight training : Do not engage in endless repetition in search of muscle definition . Definition of a pleasant side effect of fat loss.

-lift heavy enough to properly tax your muscular system

-Split workouts to avoid if you are an amateur fitness enthusiast

-performed only compound barbell exercices to 8 reps / set ANB minimum rest between sets

-performing 2-3 short but really intense workouts per week.Beware from overtraining!

-do some HIIT after weight training session

the most important meals are breakfast and post-workout meal (makes sense only after a really tough workout). If exercise is not challenging enough to not really have to bother!
