Petition 28: Yudhoyono Must resigns


The push for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) resigned from his position back rolling. Groups Petition 28 that led a number of young activists came to the State Palace in Jakarta. They intend to submit a formal letter of request to President Yudhoyono that yet again a year leading the United Indonesia Cabinet (KiB) II, an upright resign.


The letter was delivered by frontman insistence Petitions 28, Haris Rusly Moti, and accepted by the State Secretariat in Jalan Veteran, Jakarta Pusat. "We expressed the view Petitions 28 about 28 failure and the inability of President SBY lead the nation and state. The petition urged the 28 officially resign as President SBY, "said Haris.

Haris also requested that the Indonesian Constitution restored to the original manuscript of the 1945 Constitution. 28 The petition also called for the nation and the country return to the spirit of Pancasila.

"We come here as well. Requesting the President to resign, as well. Do not be, there is anger from people later," said Gigi, one of the 28 cited Tribunnews Petitions.

Earlier, in January, the group assesses the government of SBY and Boediono has failed. Petition 28 is a group that consists of various student organizations and mass organizations. They consist of various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and academics.

Among these are: the National Student League of Democracy (LMND), Indonesia Rise Committee (KBI), Muslim Student Association (HMI), HMI MPO, the Indonesian National Student Movement (GMNI), Inside, and exponent 98.
