In the electronic mail received by AFP in Jakarta, Wednesday, Achsanul Qosasi said the Swiss government's assurance of support was obtained when the Commission XI DPR working visit to Switzerland last week.

Achsanul revealed, the legal basis for the Indonesian government to withdraw funds from the banking crime cases committed Century Bank Robert Tantular valued at Rp1, 5 trillion is "Mutual Legal Agreement" (MLA).
