error loading operating system Operating Systems

Open up your comp, then remove the disk and connect it to annother computer, then backup your data, make sure you have backed up all documents. Return to the drive to your comp, format disk and reinstall your operating system. Another way is to find one that Linux can boot without installation (Ubuntu Linux v7.0.4 that I can do), or Hirens boot CD, load the "Mini Windows XP", as you can make backup in Windows environments, to boot from CD and save documents external drive, USB flash disk, or write them on a CD, and then make a backup of your operating system. My advice. Get yourself a newer comp, at least Pentium 4 class, because your computer is no longer, as you can see, the reliability of the work. I hope I helped.
